Composition

active ingredients: paracetamol, phenyramine maleate, phenylephrine hydrochloride, ascorbic acid;

1 6 g sachet contains: paracetamol 500 mg, pheniramine maleate 25 mg, phenylephrine hydrochloride 10 mg, ascorbic acid 200 mg;

Excipients: sucrose, sodium citrate, tartaric acid, aspartame (E 951), citric acid anhydrous, lemon essence, quinoline yellow (E 104).

Indications

Symptomatic treatment of acute respiratory infections and influenza:

- fever

- headache

- nasal congestion

- runny nose

- pain and aches in the muscles.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, severe hepatic and/or renal dysfunction, congenital hyperbilirubinaemia, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, glutathione reductase deficiency, alcoholism, blood diseases, severe anaemia, leukopenia, thrombosis, thrombophlebitis, conditions accompanied by increased excitement, sleep disturbance, severe arterial hypertension; organic diseases of the cardiovascular system, rare hereditary conditions of fructose intolerance, impaired glucose-galactose absorption or sucrose-isomaltose deficiency in severe arterial hypertension, decompensated heart failure, cardiac conduction disorders, bronchial asthma, severe atherosclerosis, a tendency to vasospasm, coronary heart disease, glaucoma (especially angle-closure glaucoma), pheochromocytoma. Pregnancy and lactation.

The drug is contraindicated in elderly patients; in epilepsy, hyperthyroidism, acute pancreatitis, prostatic hypertrophy with urinary retention, bladder neck obstruction, pyloroduodenal obstruction, severe forms of diabetes mellitus. Do not use concomitantly with monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors and within 2 weeks after discontinuation of MAO inhibitors. It is contraindicated in patients taking tricyclic antidepressants or beta-blockers, other sympathomimetics, drugs that suppress or increase appetite, and amphetamine-like psychostimulants."

Routes of Administration and Dosage

Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of hot water (not boiling water) and drink. The drug can be repeated every 3-4 hours, but not more than 3 sachets per day. The maximum term of use without medical advice is 3 days, further use is on medical advice.
